It's nice to see that there are at least a million who aren't numb like me. They have a problem and they figured out a way to mobilize their political passion. An awesome thing. Really fucking refreshing. I wish I wansn't so damn comfortably numb. Doing something is always worth while, even it will be forgotten by history and a Congress who is obsessed with its own win/loss column and not improving lives of Americans or anyone else.

I don't think people get that there isn't anything special about them. It's purely historical circumstance that allowed you access to so many fantastic resources. Your worries in 10 years will be limited to going for the bmw 5 series or opting for a hybrid. There is nothing special about you that led to your position in society. There is nothing special about Americans. A rather lucky bounce of history allowed America and its citizens to prosper, while at the same time rendering others static. While you scratch your chin over the 5 series or the Prius remember that you are in your position because millions of others live under the poverty line. There is only so much wealth in the world and you happened to stumble onto more than 99% of the world. So feel some empathy, some fucking guilt at the very least. Guilt will set you free. Enjoy your luck, but don't punish others for their unlucky destiny.

VEILED DESTINY>>>this concept is as close as we'll ever get to brotherhood of man.
