Vienna is great. It's the perfect combination of what berlin and prague had to offer, but none of their downsides. For your future plans in europe i would definitelz include vienna, berlin is a judgement call because it doesnt really have tons to do, besides the berlin wall gallerz and the bauhaus museum, but that maz not interest zou.

anzwaz, definitelz vienna! i wish the weather were better, but it is intenselz beautiful, great cheap ethnic food, good ice cream, also cheap, and im told there's a huge cafe culture but i cant find it. but if i do vienna would be close to paris.
